This eyelash perm kit allows curling of lashes for a long period of time.
Safe formula that excludes Thioglycolic Acid.
Easy steps which could be done by yourself at home.
Contains milk protein, keratin and hydrolyzed silk that provides the eyelashes with nutrients.
How to use:
1. Dispense a proper amount of Step.00 primer on a cotton pad and wipe the eyes to remove any excess sebum.
2. Curl the lashes with an eyelash curler and slightly lift and fix the eyelids with the tape for easier application.
3. Apply Step.01 glue onto the desired perm rod and stick onto the eyelids. Fix the position of the rod by sticking the sides with tape.
4. Apply glue on the rod again and lift the eyelashes onto the rod with the tweezers.
5. Fix the position of the lashes so that they do not stick together.
6. Apply a proper amount of Step.02 cream onto the lashes with the silicone brush evenly and wrap the lashes up. Avoid touching the eyes, and remove wrap after 20 minutes.
7. Remove any excess cream on the lashes with a cotton pad or bud.
8. Repeat step 6 and 7 but apply Step.03 cream instead.
9. Remove the rod and clean up the eyelids with a cotton pad.
